Local Lead Connect helps local service businesses capture enquiries, organise customer details and improve follow-up using simple AI-supported workflow systems.

- Improve how local businesses manage missed enquiries and follow-up
How the information is handled
At the current MVP stage, enquiry information may be captured through the website form and stored in Airtable as a CRM-style lead record.
Make.com may be used to trigger internal notifications, such as email alerts to the founder/operator.
Follow-up is currently reviewed manually. Local Lead Connect is not currently making fully automated customer-impacting decisions without human review.
Who has access
Access to Local Lead Connect enquiry data is currently restricted to Seun Oseola / OMNISYNC GRID AI LTD during the validation stage.
If additional support, maintenance or compliance access is needed in the future, access should be documented, role-based and limited to the minimum required.
Consent to contact
The website form includes consent to contact. Enquiry data should only be used for responding to the enquiry, managing follow-up, testing the workflow and recording legitimate validation evidence where appropriate.
Data retention
Information will only be kept for as long as necessary for enquiry handling, validation, follow-up and evidence review.
If a person or business asks for their information to be corrected, updated or deleted, OMNISYNC GRID AI LTD will review and action the request within a reasonable timeframe.
AI and automation
Local Lead Connect may use AI-supported workflow tools to summarise enquiries, organise information or support follow-up preparation.
At this stage, AI is used to support workflow management and review. It should not be described as a fully autonomous decision-making system.
Third-party tools
During the MVP and validation stage, Local Lead Connect may use tools such as Lovable, Airtable, Make.com, Gmail and other workflow or communication tools to capture, store, route or review enquiry information.
These tools are used to support the workflow and validation process.
Security and evidence boundary
OMNISYNC GRID AI LTD aims to handle enquiry data responsibly, with limited access, consent tracking, human review and controlled workflow testing.
However, Local Lead Connect should not currently claim SOC 2, ISO 27001, Cyber Essentials, fully audited enterprise-grade compliance or fully autonomous AI decision-making unless future evidence supports those claims.
